1. mainly ourselves (the only fauna with a physioanatomy and neurolinguistic flair for fooling ourselves and others while fabricating more or less intricate and uniquely powerful tools with which we can physically and chemically impact both ourselves and the world around us)

3. Ultimate Reality (UR) — in near enough normal English!
